Eligibility criteria
- A Saudi national (national ID starts with 1 - including applicants with a Saudi father and a non-Saudi mother) OR a non-Saudi national (national ID starts with 2 – including applicants with a Saudi mother)
- Completed a high school diploma within three years preceding application date
- Applicant has not previously graduated from TVTC
- Completed registration via the ITC portal (ic.edu.sa)
- Completed the placement test and personal interview
- Meet minimum GPA/Qiyas/English scores
ITC reserves the right to grant exceptions to the policies above on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your contract analyst for more information

- 4 Personal Photos size: 3/4 cm
- Original High School Certificate
For Credit System: Original Certificate with the original transcript - 2 Certified Copies of High School Certificates
- 2 Copies of Family Booklet Card / National ID Cards
- Qiyas / Tahseeli Score
- Medical Examination
Next steps
- Qualified applicants will receive a letter listing the documents submitted, key dates and a conditional offer
- Non-qualified applicants will be informed whether or not they are eligible to apply for an exceptional approval. Documentation will be retained at the College for applicants who wish to apply for exceptional approval
- Qualified applicants will be asked to participate in a personal interview and an English placement test. Instructions for this will be sent to applicants via sms within three weeks following the registration process. An admissions decision will be communicated to applicants via SMS one week following the completion of the personal interview and placement test
- Fully enrolled students are expected to attend the orientation session where student ID cards will be provided
- Enrolled students will go through a two-week probationary period at the beginning of their first term. If a student’s attendance drops following the two-week probationary period, disciplinary action will take place which may lead to dismissal from the College
